Question

ClickFunnels is connecting to the wrong account.

I am having massive issues trying to connect my clickfunnels account with my zapier account.

Each time I try to connect my clickfunnels account, it will bring the pop-up screen up and then without me actually logging into my actual clickfunnels account it will just close the loading window and then say that it is connected to an account. However I never logged into my account, and therefore none of my funnels are available to use?

Each time I selected ‘+ connect a new account’, it will just do the exact same thing and connect another account which I haven’t authorised.

This is extremely frustrating, and I can’t quite seem to find any answers.

Please help if you have any idea.

Hi @Cameron Pritchard

Good question.

Try using a new/different private browser.

Also, ClickFunnels 2.0 doesn’t work with the ClickFunnels Zap app.

Thanks for your reply @Troy Tessalone.

I logged in using an incognito chrome tab, and yes finally I had success and it asked me to log on using my clickfunnel credentials!

However… once I tried to add it into a zap, it would not recognise that I have any funnels to draw data from and just says “No options available.”

Any ideas? This is driving me nuts haha :(

Is there a way around the clickfunnels 2.0 situation?

Help articles for using ClickFunnels in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/clickfunnels/help

Believe webhooks would have to be used to integrate ClickFunnels 2.0 to Zaps: https://help.myclickfunnels.com/hc/en-us/articles/9807699784983-How-To-Use-Webhooks-With-Zapier
