Hi Community - I've been trying to connect Adobe Acrobat sign but it’s not working properly. How Can I fix it?

Hi @Danilo Maia

Try this tip:

Hi @Danilo Maia 👋

Just checking in to see how you got on? Did trying to connect to your Adobe Acrobat Sign account in a different/private browser as Troy suggested do the trick?

Let us know if you need any more help at all—want to make sure you’re all set!

hello ,

i’ve been having the same issue. every time i try to connect my account it redirects my page automatically to the adobe acrobat home page. but the connection with my zap hasn’t happended. i tried different browsers and devices but i’m having the same issue.

Hi there @Amedeo,

You might be encountering a bug here. I’d recommend reaching out to our Support Team to take a closer look at this issue.

You can reach our Support Team here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hopefully, this helps.

Hi, I believe I’m having the same issue… :/
I’ve already opened a ticket, but was hoping to find solutions here.

Likely you will need an enterprise account in order to send signature requests, even if you have a professional account an enterprise account gives you the permission to link it to Zapier. i spoke to adobe myself and the enterprise account is very expensive in compare to other platforms out there that already provide integration with zapier. with the entreprise account rather than having a monthly set payment you have to pay for each contract sent, i believe for us they quoted £4.16 per contract sent based on 100 e-signs a month

I tried Chrome and Safari and incognito mode with no success. I keep getting this lovely mesage

I chatted with Adobe support and they said that Adobe Acrobat Pro licenses are eligible to use Adobe Acrobat Sign for Zapier so this appears to be a technical glitch on the Zapier side. @claradcruz or anyone else who has opened a ticket - any word back?

Hi friends,

You may be experiencing a bug, and it's best to contact Zapier’s Support Team for further investigation. You can reach them at https://zapier.com/app/get-help.

Hey @Danilo Maia, @Amedeo, @claradcruz and @RobinH 👋

Just spotted that a bug report has been opened with the developers of the Adobe Acrobat Sign app about this. It looks like some of you were already added to the list of affected users by our Support team, so I’ve made sure the rest of you are included as well.

I can’t give an ETA on when their developers will be able to resolve it, but we’ll make sure to notify you by email as soon as it’s fixed. I’ll also follow up here to confirm once it’s been resolved.

Really appreciate everyone’s patience in the meantime—fingers crossed Adobe’s team can get this sorted soon! 🤞

I’m having the same issue. Wonder when they are going to fix this issue. Can I get an email too @SamB when it’s resovled?

Of course @djwindsor! I don’t have any estimate on when it will be resolved, but I’ve added you to the list as well so you’ll definitely get an email from us once it’s sorted! 🙂

In the meantime, Adobe’s developers have mentioned that this might happen if someone’s on the wrong plan:

To use the Zapier integration, the customer must be on “Acrobat Sign Solutions" plan, specifically listed under "Business" tab.

Can anyone here confirm if they’re on an Acrobat Sign Solutions plan but still seeing that access_denied error?

Hey folks, just circling back in here to share that the bug has been marked as resolved. 🎉

Thanks for everyone’s patience here. It appears that this is actually expected behavior and due to the plan that the Adobe Acrobat Sign account is using. In case you missed the email notification that went out here’s the key details from it:

Their team has recently let us know that the Adobe Acrobat Sign integration with Zapier is currently available for Standalone and Enterprise Sign offers. This article mentions the exact plan needed to be able to use this integration on Zapier, and every other limit to be aware of: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/37452852249101-How-to-get-started-with-Adobe-Acrobat-Sign-on-Zapier#required-authentication-fields

As the issue has been resolved, I’ll be closing this topic. If the account you’re connecting with is already on one of the required plans please reach out to our Support team so that they can investigate further.

In the meantime, happy Zapping! ⚡️
