I currently have a Zap which creates new records in Airtable when an email is received in our google maill accounty, in order to capture them and add “time” for billing purposes. I am trying to “weed out” certain emails, so that they are not captured and no records are created for those. The Zap works correctly, in that, when a new email is sent a new record is created in Airtable. However, I can’t seem to get the filtering to work. Step 1 - Email Trigger; Step 2 - Filter if From Name does not contain ________; Step 3- Make new record in Airtable.
Am I choosing the incorrect filter?
