ActiveCampaign error: The app returned "Client error," resulted in a `403 Forbidden` response.

Hi,

I'm trying to integrate Uscreen and ActiveCampaign. I just want that when there is a new user on Uscreen, the user will also be added to ActiveCampaign with the tag 'Uscreen Trial.' However, I want to ensure that if the email already exists in ActiveCampaign, the user should not be able to use the same email.

I'm confused about why there is an error message saying 'upgrade your account,' even though I've already upgraded to the Starter Plan.

The error response is from ActiveCampaign.
