I need help here: For some reason not all my instagram accounts are listed in the IG for Business module.
I followed all instructions that I found on previous posts on this topic, still no success. All accounts are set on business and linked to a FB page. Not sure what else I can try.
Any help is highly appreciated.
Thanks

found it, never mind.
I am also struggling with this. However, I still can’t find the solution. My Instagram account is verified as professional, so that’s not the problem. Still, no account prepopulates when I am attempting to configure my Zap. Help!
Hi @Meckenna,
Welcome to the Community. As of now Instagram is deprecating the API powering our Instagram integration on 12/4/2024. Zaps will stop and you need to move Zaps to Instagram for Business

My IG isn’t showing up under my IG for business. IT’s a creator page, and IG for business says they’re ending this year:
Hi @TheChocolateBotanist,
We do apologize but you may need to contact Instagram support to know more about the status of their integration with other applications.
the new intergration doesn’t work for me
The new integration its not working for me
Not working for me either. Has anyone found out how to get their account listed in the drop down in screenshots above?
Hi friends,
We sincerely apologize, you may contact our Zapier support team for additional assistance. Thank you.
I have tried. No reply
Hi @jobutler,
I have a suggestion for a workaround that may help: You can use the Instagram account ID as a custom value. You should be able to see the ID on Facebook. Like so:
Kindly give it a try and let me know how it goes? I'll keep an eye out for your response!
I have the same “no options are available” problem. I did (or tried to do) everything in the instructions, but it all halts there. Everything is terrible.
Hi @lonegungirl,
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. For now, the only work around that @ken.a posted is the only way to connect Instagram Business. Have you tried it?
Hi @JammerS
I would, but I don’t know how to get to the initial screen in his post. It looks like Facebook business settings, but I’m not sure where that is?
Hi @lonegungirl,
It’s the Facebook Business setting page. You can contact Facebook support for additional assistance with there app settings.
Thanks @JammerS. Does your Facebook page need to be a business one too, in addition to Instagram for the whole thing to work?
Hi @lonegungirl,
Yes, in order to use the Instagram Business integration with Zapier, your Instagram account must be a business account and it must be connected to a Facebook Business Page. This is a requirement set by Facebook (which owns Instagram) for all third-party tools that integrate with Instagram.
Thanks @JammerS --that’s probably my issue. I changed my Instagram account to business because that seemed easy, but not my Facebook, which seems like a bigger deal. I just wanted to have my photos automatically go into my journaling app like they used to, but seems like that’s no longer workable. I wish there was some other photo app that was like Instagram used to be.

Make sure all Instagram accounts are correctly linked to their respective Facebook Pages and that the Pages are added to the Business Manager account. Check if the accounts are shared with the right permissions under Business Settings > Accounts > Instagram Accounts. If the issue persists, try removing and re-adding the accounts. A browser cache clear or trying another device might also help.

Check settings: Make sure the IG account is set to business and linked to a FB page.
Page role: Ensure you're an admin on the FB page.
Reconnect accounts: Unlink and then relink your Instagram account to the FB page.
Business Manager: Confirm the IG account is in your FB Business Manager under Business Settings > Instagram Accounts.
Clear cache or try a browser: Sometimes it helps to clear your browser cache or switch devices.
Check for limits: Make sure you haven't hit any management limits on FB.
If none of these work, reaching out to Facebook support could be your next best move!
Hope that helps!

Thank you, as well! I hope that combining your advice with that from @ken.a above will resolve this issue on my end.
