I set up Zaps to automatically send a message when a ticket is created on Freshdesk. It asked me to enter my phone number on WhatsApp, and then it should send an OTP. However, the OTP message has not been sent to me.

 

Can you assist me with this issue and explain why the OTP message is not being sent

I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused by the Zap issue. After doing some digging, it appears that there is a known bug affecting Whatsapp notifications. Our team is aware of the issue and we're working with ActiveCampaign on a fix. I've added your email address as another affected member. That does a few things:

  • Bring this to the attention of the integration developers
  • Help track and prioritize fixes
  • Allows us to notify you via email if/when this is fixed

Unfortunately, I do not have an ETA, but I’ve added you to the list of users affected by this issue so we can let you know as soon as we have any updates.
