Hi, 

I just recently started using Zapier and created my first Zap to post a message in a Teams Channel anytime a new conversation is started in Intercom. 

Now, what I want is to be able to reply to the message posted in Teams and have that appear through Intercom as well. How can I make that happen? So far everything I’ve tried hasn’t worked. 

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
