Question

How to collect data from multiple forms in Zapier using interfaces

With interfaces, I have created a form on 5 pages of an interface.
Now, I want to make a zap to use all the data of all of the fields of each form for a chatGPT conversation.

But I can't find a good way to do it.

In my forms, I click on “Send data to this page” to send data to the next form but I can’t find it in the next table.

When building the zap, in interfaces, I can’t find a way to collect all the data of the user that has filled his forms.

Can someone please help ?

Hi there @Lepetit,

Welcome to the Community! 🎉

I recommend reaching out to our Zapier Interfaces Team regarding your question. You can reach our Zapier Interfaces Team here: https://npsup.zapier.app/contact-us?product=Interfaces

Hopefully, this helps!

We are having a similar problem.  We have created a multi-page form that dumps all of the responses into a single master table.  However, even though the pages of the interface are linked, the responses from each form page show up on a different row of the master table, making it difficult to process.  I submitted a support request, but the response I received says that, as of April 24, 2024, they are no longer responding to individual support requests.  I see this issue has been brought up here before (https://community.zapier.com/how-do-i-3/store-data-from-multiple-forms-on-one-row-on-tables-33528), but it has not been satisfactorily answered.
