Uploading three columns from google sheets to gotowebinar registration

Help! I have a google sheet with three columns, “First Name”, “Last Name”, “Email” which i would like “teleported” to a gotowebinar happening tomorrow.    I’ve wasted 4 hours trying to complete this but am constantly stuck on  The registrant could not be sent to GoToWebinar. Required field "First Name" (firstName) is missing. Required field "Last Name" (lastName) is missing. Required field "Email" (email) is missing.   I simply cannot figure out what I may be doing wrong and whatever I’ve read so far is not helping either.   Can someone take pity on me and land me a hand to complete this zap. Please?   Thank you so much!   nico

I am trying to connect a free monday.com account (which I was able to do up to now) with a zap, but I am getting an authentication error when using the API token suppied by Monday.com. Does anyone know if anything has changed recently?

Manychat: find a user and modify his custom field

Dear Zapiers,  I’m new to Zapier, still look through community and didn’t find the answer for the following issue. The task. First APP - Manychat: 1. In Manychat I have a list of user, who have custom FIELD A - “user_email” with emails entered there; 2. All these users have custom FIELD B - “order number” which is not filled yet. Second app: Fondy (payment service, where I have merchant account and manage customer orders). 1. When customer pays, he put his email in into a customer FIELD C: “sender_email”. 2. When payment is done it order id is set to it. What I want is when someone makes payment, Zappier found a User in Manychat by comparing FIELD A and FIELD C and modify FIELD B of this user with ORDER ID. I successfully created a Zap, where triggers is tested and working (via Webhook). This Zap, can find a user by custom field. What should I do, to modify custom field value? Trello zaps

Hi I am trying to set the following zap with Trello - its a Trello to Trello zap with several paths When a card is moved to a list on one board (Board A) Find a card on another board  (Board  B based on the field in Board A Create a new card in Board C with data from both the Moved Card and the found Card I have 2 issues: 1- What item do I select so the Checklist (with all the items) from Board B will be added to the new card 2- The custom field on board C are being modified by the new card - any way to avoid that?   I hope this make sense Thanks

Excel Adding Columns or Rows

I’m sure a simple solution, but everytime add a column in my excel worksheet where the zap is putting data, and then hit refresh in the customize row, the new column shows up, but bumps all the data down a row, so everything is off a row.  So I have to go in and move each one down a row.  Is there a way around this, if i wanted to add a column, or even switch the order of columns in excel without completely messing up the zap?

Teachable 401 Error

While integrating teachable, I’m getting error message - 401.     The app returned "You can't do that!". Try reconnecting your account. This usually happens when we can't connect to your account for an app or service because your password was changed or Zapier's access was revoked. We made a request to subdomain.teachable.com and received (401) Unauthorized.   Could anyone please help me with this?

Error code 3027

Error code 3027 is showing under zoom attendee. Trying to set up Eventbrite registration to link with Zoom webinar. When showing the test attendee everything looks fine but it is coming back with this error code and showing the attendee email address twice. When checking Eventbrite info on Zapier attendees email address is showing twice. How do I change it so email is only presenting once   Thanks

Zapier is not transmitting information to Zoom

I connected eventbrite with zoom. Then created my zaps. All zaps are successful with all green lights. Zaps are turned on. I have 2 webinars that I've created via zoom. So I have 2 different zaps. One out of 2 zaps is not transmitting to zoom. When guest registered from eventbrite, zoom still shows 0 participates.    I've tired recreating the zaps several times. Login in and out on both zapier and zoom and refreshing my screen. Nothing works any suggestion?

Ticket Update | ConnectWise -> Jira

Hi there, I’ve managed to get new tickets created in Jira when a new ticket is created in ConnectWise. What I’d now like to do is create a Zap so that when a time entry/comment is added in ConnectWise this adds into Jira. I’ve got the Zap built and I can see where you have the option to create a comment in Jira but I can’t see how you can read the source time entry/comment from ConnectWise. When I’m choosing the field for the new Jira comment there’s no field that references comment, time entry or notes.  I fear that Zapier can add comments into Jira from ConnectWise and vise-versa but can't read them and use them as a field. Can anyone help? Thanks, Matt

Dropbox File Upload from Google Sheets

Hello. Kind of a newbie to Zapier. I currently have a ton of images attached to a Formstack form that I need to download and archive. Formstack does not have a method of mass downloading images. You can go into each form, and each form entry and manually open each image, download it, close it, and go to the next one. Needless to say, this is less than desirable. I exported all the form entries into a CSV file and they provide a URL to the images, but I’m still in the same boat of manually opening and saving each one. I thought there might be a way with Zapier. I hoped I could create a Google Sheet that had each URL as it’s own record (row) and using that link to upload to Dropbox. It all connected and looks good until I specify what the file is in Google Sheets. Zapier initially sais the field is empty (which it isn’t). I tweaked the URL and added “www.” and then it saw it was not empty. But then when it ran, it just made a TXT file of the URL, not the image I wanted to download. I

Shopify payments

Hi, I’m new here and was wondering if anyone could help me out? Shopify doesn’t provide end of day reports in POS and I don’t want to grant access for everyone to everything. We have 5 different locations and I need to get the finance report for each location at the end of day. Is it possible to use Zapier to somehow send the information to Google Sheets for example? Preferable so that employees would request for it when they close the stores.

Importing/Sending images form Avochato to PipelineDeals Activities

Hello everyone! I hope everyone is safe in these times :) I am currently volunteering for an organization that helps the elder get groceries via deliveries from other volunteers to put them at less risk of being exposed to COVID-19. Part of the process of assisting them requires us to utilize the app Avochato to trigger additions to the “Activities” in another app (Pipeline Deals). Currently, the zaps we have in place work fine with text, but we want to be able to import images as well in the activities in PipelineDeals. We tried testing and only text can be sent from our playing around with it. Is it possible to import images as well? If so, please help! Attachment is the current zap that imports only the text from an incoming message from Avochato.    Thanks for anyone’s help in advance!

URL for pdf on Google Drive

I am facing an issue with a Google Sheets to LOB (direct mail provider) zap.  Everything works fine up until I have to put in the url for the front and back-end of the postcard.  That postcard is sitting on the same drive as the spreadsheet, all the shared properties are ok (anyone with the link can view etc). When I go to LOB to see the postcard, the image is blank.  Nothing shows up for the image.  Any help or has anyone faced this issue?

How do we track which user are using our application in Zapier?

We just published our application in Zapier, which allows our system to transferred the data to another app.   We I know if there a way for us to track the our user (our system user) that actually use the app? Any suggestion or work around it that you guys can suggest is highly appreciated!

Hello, I would like to create a zap for the following: 1. when a new file arrives in my dropbox, then should 2. via Webhook, this file is to be sent using the POST command. The structure would be: POST URL: https://....... Paylodtyp: Form DATA: Attachment[upload] > The file from the dropbox Unfortunately I am facing the problem that in the body only the link to the file is added and my target only accepts real files. If I do something like this with Postman, it works wonderfully. Unfortunately not with paper. Does anyone have an idea ????? Greetings

Salesforce: Trigger when a Case is Closed

I am trying to create a zap that triggers when a case in salesforce is closed. I used the “Updated Field on Record in Salesforce” trigger with the Salesforce Object “Case”, Field “Status” and Field Updated To “Closed.”  It is supposed to trigger a message in Slack.  When I test closing a case in Salesforce, nothing happens. I have a similar Zap set up that is triggered when an opportunity is closed and it works, so I am thinking it has something to do with the case trigger?​​

domain.dev - This domain looks fake or invalid. Please enter a real email address

I’m trying to create a Zap to connect my gravity forms to MailiGen.  I’ve got everything set up, but when I pick the field for Email, it’s grabbing a sample email address of “test@domain.dev” - and when I test it, it says “domain.dev - This domain looks fake or invalid. Please enter a real email address”   It does not tell you HOW to change it.  I’ve searched my MailiGen list for a contact that uses that address and it doesn’t exist anywhere in my data - I have no idea where it’s pulling that sample from or how to change it so my Zap will work.  Anyone else experience this that has a solution?  Thanks!  :)

Can I create a Zap that uploads a file to Squarespace every day?

Everyday I update COVID-19 global and US data and manually upload that to my Squarespace website.  I’d like to automate that with a zap.  I can put the freshly updated file in a google sheet, but i don’t see any way to update on Squarespace.  Any ideas?

Instagram API: Fetched source code seems to have changed(?)

Hi! I have a zap that was working for a long time, but it appears it’s running into errors now. My code is below. The first part about captions you can ignore - it just strips away hashtags from the post. The second part pulls the source code for the page and extracts an image using a regex pattern. But I no longer get a match for my regex search.
