I am trying to create a zap that triggers when a case in salesforce is closed. I used the “Updated Field on Record in Salesforce” trigger with the Salesforce Object “Case”, Field “Status” and Field Updated To “Closed.”
It is supposed to trigger a message in Slack.
When I test closing a case in Salesforce, nothing happens.
I have a similar Zap set up that is triggered when an opportunity is closed and it works, so I am thinking it has something to do with the case trigger?
