I am facing an issue with a Google Sheets to LOB (direct mail provider) zap.  Everything works fine up until I have to put in the url for the front and back-end of the postcard.  That postcard is sitting on the same drive as the spreadsheet, all the shared properties are ok (anyone with the link can view etc).

When I go to LOB to see the postcard, the image is blank.  Nothing shows up for the image.  Any help or has anyone faced this issue?

Hello! I’m not familiar with lob - but if you are sending a pdf, how is it being converted to the image?

One thing to check - When you see the response from zapier with a link to the pdf are you able to preview as expected? If so, you might need to ask LOB what’s going on...
