Question

Zapier is not transmitting information to Zoom

I connected eventbrite with zoom. Then created my zaps. All zaps are successful with all green lights. Zaps are turned on. I have 2 webinars that I've created via zoom. So I have 2 different zaps. One out of 2 zaps is not transmitting to zoom. When guest registered from eventbrite, zoom still shows 0 participates. 

 

I've tired recreating the zaps several times. Login in and out on both zapier and zoom and refreshing my screen. Nothing works any suggestion?

Hi @Shay , 

Could you give us some more details so we can help out? What is it that you are trying to achieve with your Zaps? How does your current Zap look like? Did you run tests on the Zap workflow actions and see if that works? Can you share some screenshots of the Workflow etc. ?
