I am trying to create a zap that triggers when a case in salesforce is closed. I used the “Updated Field on Record in Salesforce” trigger with the Salesforce Object “Case”, Field “Status” and Field Updated To “Closed.” 

It is supposed to trigger a message in Slack. 

When I test closing a case in Salesforce, nothing happens.

I have a similar Zap set up that is triggered when an opportunity is closed and it works, so I am thinking it has something to do with the case trigger?​​

@jnorth123 that sounds right, can you post a screenshot of the settings on that trigger and also check task history to verify if that zap was triggered (and subsequently filtered, failed, or succeeded) or not? If it doesn’t show up in task history and the trigger is configured properly there might be a notification delay or issue from salesforce on that object. I wouldn’t be able to know until we see that screenshot and verify that there is nothing showing in Task history for that zap.
