Teachable 401 Error

While integrating teachable, I’m getting error message - 401.

The app returned "You can't do that!". Try reconnecting your account. This usually happens when we can't connect to your account for an app or service because your password was changed or Zapier's access was revoked. We made a request to subdomain.teachable.com and received (401) Unauthorized.

Could anyone please help me with this?

Hey there -Have you checked that you’re using the correct subdomain?

Actually its lxxxxxxxxt.teachable.com which has been redirect to my primary domain hub.vxxxxxt.com.

Could you please help me with which one I should use to login in Zapier?

Hi @Vishak - you should use the subdomain, and make sure that you’re only typing the name of the subdomain (lxxxxxxxxt) and not the full url (lxxxxxxxxt.teachable.com). Could you give that a try to see if it works?

Hi @Vishak, how did you get on with this? Did changing the url to the subdomain (but not the full url) help here?
