Zaps using SQL Server - Port forward restrictions

I’m with IT support for a new client, and while preparing to transition their network configs to a new firewall, I’ve noticed multiple unrestricted SQL-related port forwards - one of which is labeled “Proposify Zapier”. I need to get more information on how these ports are accessed and if they can be IP-restricted. I would prefer to speak to someone in a non-forum setting if possible, but I’ll take what I can get. Thanks for your time.

Just wanted to follow up here as spotted that @Clayton George contacted our Support Team who were able to confirm the static IP address that Zapier makes connections to MySQL/SQL Server databases from. Sharing those details here in case it’s helpful to others as well:

“For MySQL or using an SQL server, you'll want to whitelist the following IP address:
54.86.9.50”

More details on connecting with MySQL/SQL Server databases can be found here: Can't Connect to My Database
