Hi. I’ve been going round to find a solution for the zap error I am encountering.

  1. Duplicate informations - there are duplicate lead information reflecting on two different google sheets. for example a customer booked a appointment to A company and it should reflect on the A company google sheet, the zap triggers but the problem is this info has a duplicate and it shows in B comapny google sheet as wel.. I am using these apps

  2. the zap is not triggering whenever a new lead booked an appointment. The highlevel > slack supposed to trigger to inform the client about the new booked appointment however their are times it is not working.

  3. excel is not triggering to highlevel (which we set the highlevel with the account of our client to our system)

Wow thanks for the advice. I will definitely try this but if the problem still occurs. I will definitely reach the support team 🙂 ThankS

Speaking just for 1. you’ll want to really investigate the zap logs. If there are duplicate records it means that either both your zaps ran when only one should have - the logs should tell you why this happening. You might need to add/change filters to correct this.

It’s hard to troubleshoot these sort of issues on a forum, but Zapier support can be very helpful as they see inside your account which we can’t. You can open a ticket here: https://zapier.com/app/contact-us
