Hello,

Is there any forecast to have a Zapier for knowledge base\article\solution in Freshdesk?

Your original screenshots was for a Zap trigger, but your second screenshot is for a Zap action.

If you are trying to trigger from Freshdesk for events that are not listed in the Freshdesk Zap app, then you would need to explore using Freshdesk webhooks to trigger the Zap.

Look into using Webhooks from Freshdesk: https://support.freshdesk.com/en/support/solutions/articles/217264-webhooks-faq

Zap trigger would be Webhooks - Catch Hook: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help

If you are trying to take action on events that are not listed in the Freshdesk Zap app, then you would need to explore using the Freshdesk API: https://developers.freshdesk.com/api/#introduction

The Zap action would use the Webhooks app.

If you need help, consider hiring a Certified Zapier Expert: https://zapier.com/experts/automation-ace

Thanks @Troy Tessalone .

Not sure if I am following, but even though I say different events now, I still don't see FreshDesk KB articles in there. Am I missing something?
