Zapier does not fetch new folder from docusign

Hello! I’m trying to connect Docusign and Salesforce, but for some reason new zaps do not fetch new folders from Docusign. Anyone can help to identify the reason? Thanks

Hi Troy, yes, I’m using the Docusign New Folder. And some time from creation of the folder has already passed, and it can’t find it on testing stage.

Did you click the “Test Trigger” button?

Try hitting, “Skip Test” which should return a dummy record to use to configure the Zap.

Then try turning the Zap ON, creating a new folder, and checking the Zap Runs (https://zapier.com/app/history/) to see if the Zap triggers.

Can you confirm you’re using the DocuSign New Folder trigger?

FYI: The DocuSign triggers are NOT instant, so depending on your Zap plan, it can take from 1-15 minutes for the Zap to trigger.
