When Contact is updated in Zendesk Sales automatically create a task in Zendesk

We are trying to set up a zap that once a Contact is Updated in Zendesk it automatically creates a task.

We see the trigger for the Contact is Updated. Then it asks us: “Is Company” then there are two options. True or False. We dont know what to click. 


The test trigger is only pulling in like 6 contacts. Contact A, Contact B, Contact C and so on. How do we set this up so regardless of what contact is updated it creates a task.

Zendesk contacts are either a person or company, so will depend on how you want to handle those.
