Hello i had a plan with 20k zap and downgraded it today a 2k zaps.

However as i pad for the 20k zaps i was expecting my 20k zaps to be accessible for 1 month at least.

The fact is that now i see only 2k zaps while i just paid $260+ to Zapier for 20k zaps.

Anyone knows if they are refunding the 18k zaps or if this is a glitch in their zap counter?

Just wanted to follow up here to confirm that all changes to plan subscriptions are immediate so when you upgrade or downgrade from a plan the changes take affect immediately. This includes the resetting of your monthly Task allowance as any unused Tasks aren’t kept or carried over to the next month.

Refunds are not issued automatically, you would need to contact our Support team to request a refund. Hope this helps to clarify. :)
