Looking for a Zap trigger form Zoom for webinar attendees and non attendees of a webinar?
Want to make a zap to action it to Convertkit to tag them accordingly.

Those Zoom triggers are not currently available via the Zoom Zap app integration.
A custom Zoom app would have to be created that leverages Webhooks for Events: https://marketplace.zoom.us/docs/api-reference/webhook-reference
