I am trying to create Invoice from Xero when Wave creates an invoice.
When I come to the line item set up, I won’t be able to set up tax rate for each line item. Is that what Zapier cannot do? or is there anything I missed? I have checked the trouble shouting and couldn’t find an answer.

You can set the Tax rate per item using the Xero Create Sales invoice action.
Anything that’s in the Line Items box is done per line item. In the screenshot below, you can see that Tax rate is a field that you can add for Line items.
