Want to connect woocommerce but can't able to connect it

I am connecting woocommerce to kartra can you please guide me. I am not able to connect woocommerce in  with the login details. for this we need to add any plugin on my site?

Just wanted to follow up here for anyone else having similar issues connecting to WooCommerce to confirm that in order to connect Woocommerce to Zapier the WooCommerce Zapier plugin is required. This is a paid plugin and can be purchased through the WooCommerce site here: https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-zapier/

If the plugin is installed and activated but you’re still having issues connecting then it’s a good idea to check out WooCommerce’s extensive documentation on potential authentication issues here: Common Authentication Error Messages

 

And if you’re still running into issues after trying the troubleshooting steps there then your best bet will be to reach out to our Support team, as Troy mentioned, to investigate further.
