However, in Pardot it shows the change as “manual adjustment”. Is there a way to add a description to the adjustment?

Hello and welcome to the Community, @bshorts! 

I’m not seeing any field that would allow you to set a description for updates to Pardot prospects. And I’m not seeing any existing feature requests that I could add you to either. I’d suggest reaching out to our Support Team via the Get Help form about this. They’ll be able to take a closer look into what’s possible and open up a new feature request if necessary. :)
