Hello ! 

I have built a Zap for each new response from a Typeform, it creates or updates a lead in SF 

One of the question in my Typeform is a boolean, and I would like that if the answer is “True”, there is a text incremented in one of my Salesforce’s lead field (which is already filled in by another question) 

Does anyone know if this is possible ? 

To make my question clearer, the 2 questions that I need in my Typeform are : 

“Are you interested by this ?” => Returns True or False 

“Describe your project” => Returns as a text 

The SF lead field is a text field, incremented by the answer to “Describe your project” - and I would like to add a mention “Interested by this”, when the user answered True in the Typeform
