Twilio SMS not triggering - but showing up in test

Hi!

 

When I go to edit my zap and get test data, I see my latest incoming Twilio SMS.  So that’s all good.  However, when I send a new text and my Zap is on - nothing.  It’s not triggering, I don’t see it in the task history as an incoming text.  Any thoughts?

Hi @shubhabala! Thanks for letting us know that your Zap was triggered (after some time). 

 

If you notice a delay in your Zap triggering, it's likely because the Zap has a polling trigger, which looks for new information from your trigger app once every 1 to 15 minutes. The polling time for your Zaps varies based on your subscription plan.

    Nevermind!  There was just a long delay (about 17 minutes).
