Hi @Flavia Qode
I noticed that you’re already working with one of our Support Specialists on this. They explained,
I confirmed that the WPForms integration doesn't support an 'Abandoned Form' trigger but I can see how that would be useful. I’ve added you to an existing feature request which does a few things:
- Brings this to the attention of the integration developers (the WPForms team)
- Helps track interest in this feature being implemented
- Allows us to notify you via email if this feature becomes available in the future
I'm sorry that we don't have an immediate solution for you. I'll close this ticket, but if you run into any issues or have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach back out. If you reply back, your ticket will re-open automatically and you can always reach us via our help form.
The Support Specialist has already added you to the feature request, though as they mentioned, there’s no timeframe for this.
If you have further questions, you may continue working with the Support Specialist.
Thanks!
Hello @Troy Tessalone ,
We are using that add-on, and the partial entries get generated and stored in the website’s backend. The problem is these entries don’t trigger the Zaps in Zapier. That is what we’re looking a way around for.
Thank you!
Hi @Flavia Qode
Good question.
Maybe look into using this WPForms Add-On: https://wpforms.com/features/form-abandonment/
