It appears that the incident Troy mentioned should now be resolved.

It looks as though you’ve also reached out to our Support team about this. If you’re still running into issues with your Zap not triggering I’d recommend replying to Support’s email to continue the conversation there. They’ll be able to investigate further and help get your Zap triggering as expected. :)
