I want to make automation with Monday and google ads.

When item is created in board, it should send to google ads that this is the real conversion

Everything looks ok but when I test the trigger in the step “Send Offline Conversion in Google Ads"

 

I get error:

The offline conversion could not be sent to Google Ads.

The Google Click ID could not be decoded. Please double check the GCLID.

 

In the GCLID files I choose the “user id” that come from monday

 

What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for reaching out! 

Is the “user id” filed in Monday the field that collects the Google Click ID (GCLID)? If it is not and there is not a GCLID field, you may need to connect with your Google Ads or Monday admin to dig further.
