Hi- does anyone know if I can integration Mailchimp metrics such as opens and clicks back into a Salesforce campaign? This way the sales team can view who opened or clicked a campaign. Not sure if this is possible or if Zapier does this.

Yes, you can feed MailChimp's email opens and link clicks metrics to other platforms.
You can create automation like this:
- Trigger: When a new email is opened in MailChimp
- Action: Find the person in your Salesforce Campaign Record using the email address from trigger field
- Action: Update the person in the Campaign Record that they opened the cmapaign email
Same for Link Click.
