Hey guys, 

I want to set up a trigger when the current membership period is coming to an end - i. e. 3 days left until recurring payment happening.

I want to email the customer and suggest him to switch to a longer period plan to save money.

Is there any way to do that?

What I may suggest you read up on, as mentioned in that thread would be a filter step, which would allow you to dial in more specifically on when you wanted to send the email: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496276332557

 

To be completely honest I haven’t used Stripe so I’m not 100% what data is shown in your Zap, if you give it a try and then sent a printscreen over (with any personal info removed!) we can help troubleshoot from there as well.
