Hello everyone!

A client of mine is working with SurveySparrow, in which she has a lot of different question types. One of the most common types of quizzes is a list of statements, and the user has to choose between ‘Strongly Agree’ and ‘Strongly Disagree’. The user has to see those labels, but eventually, it has to output a number based on those choices.

What makes it a bit harder is that the scoring can differ from statement to statement (sometimes from 1 to 7 and sometimes from 7 to 1) and differs from quiz to quiz. Mapping this in Zapier took me a lot of time, and every time you change some small thing in the survey, you’ll have to change the Zap.
In SurveySparrow, there is no way to assign a numeric value to those answers, only with more specific question types.

Do any of you know some survey software that does offer this kind of functionality? I appreciate any help you can provide. If I need to provide any more details, I would be happy to provide those.

Hi @mzsadiek

The logic for translating the options to numeric values will have to be configured in the form/survey app.
