Shopify new order paid to donorbox campain

Hello everybody!

As I summarized in the title, I would like to be able to do this: by purchasing a product on shopify, a new donation event should occurr on donorbox.

I need to create a non-profit e-commerce and I need to collect sales on a donorbox campaign, but by consulting the list of matching between triggers on shopify and actions on donorbox, I do not find anything that is right for that situation.

Can someone help me?

Hi Andrea,

Unfortunately, Donorbox’s integration only has triggers, not actions. Apps not built by Zapier will vary on the kinds of triggers or actions they have available. However, you can reach out to the Donorbox developers and request that they add some actions to their Zapier integration.

Here’s more information on what to do if an app or triggers/actions aren’t available.
