I need some help getting a Zap to work.

 

I have a sheet with all of the meetings we’ve had this month. 

When we close a deal we set a field to “Yes”.  Until then, it’s marked “No”.


I would love to have Zapier, find all  of the rows marked “No”.  Then I’d love to lookup the user in Chargebee.

How do I set the Zap so that it doesn’t stop at the first “No” that it finds.  I would like it to find all of the “No” rows and complete the steps that follow.

 

I see that we can “Get many” but that limits me to 20 and I may need far more than 20

How do I format the step to find all of those rows and not just the first “No”

Thanks @Troy Tessalone I’ll take a look.  Looks a bit complex but seems to have some great feedback on the original thread.
