Are there any means to schedule a trigger to pull in data from any app(Using API) and then use those details to do an action?

Hi
You can use Schedule by Zapier to trigger a Zap every hour, day, week or month. After that, you could use a webhook step to make a call to the API, which would grab the data for you.
