Hi All, we are a charity ( GOAL Global) based in Ireland. 

 

Microsoft Dynamics CRM is connected via Zapier to our Facebook Lead forms.

 

However we no longer have access to this Zapier account and want to remove this integration so to set up a new Zapier account. 

 

Facebook cant help and I cannot remove the integration in Facebook. I have tried this - https://www.facebook.com/business/help/776203092784009?id=735435806665862

 

Does this make sense? See image below. 

 

Can anyone help?

Hi there @frgoal  it looks like you got some help from our friends in Support, I’ll add their suggestion here in case others run into the same issue. Let me know if you need any other help or if there is anything we do to make sure your Zaps work as intended: 

 

You can regain access to the account by resetting the account password. by following the instructions on this help doc https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8496305544717-Change-or-reset-your-Zapier-account-password.
 
Once done, you want to open my apps page on your account and remove the Microsoft Dynamics CRM connection by clicking on delete from the apps menu as shown below.
 

 


Hi @christina.d  - I really appreciate you responding to my query. 

 

Unfortunately, nothing is working. I simply want to remove the old Zapier account & integration ( old account, which we have no access to) and set up a new Zapier account. 

 

The Zapier article does not mention much about old accounts Zapier and if I set up a new account, create the exact same zap, will it replace the one that is already in place? I want to integrate Mailchimp & Facebook lead forms. 

I have opened a ticket.

I’d also recommend checking out this Zapier article as well. It has step by step instructions on how to disconnect your account:

Full transparency some steps do require access to the old Zapier account so if you’re still having trouble, it might be worth opening a ticket with support.
