The ‘Clickup > New Time Entry’ is out of sync with the API endpoint (here: https://developer.clickup.com/reference/getsingulartimeentry),
- Zap fails if the time entry is a manual one (not related to a task)
- missing fields such as ‘source’ ‘tags’ and ‘description’

Just seen our Support team submitted a feature request on your behalf for a “Get Singular Time Entry” trigger to be added which would provide fields like source, tags and description. As they mentioned, we can’t give any sort of estimate as to when/if that would be added by ClickUp’s developers but we’ll send you an email notification once it is.
In the meantime, perhaps you could try using an API Request action to make a request to their Get Singular Time Entry endpoint to get the missing details? If you do give that a try let us know how it goes! 🙂
