My squarespace site runs payments through Stripe. I'm trying to pass information from Squarespace to my email provider when someone subscribes via Zapier. However, it appears that Stripe, while processing the payment, is not passing along information about the product that was purchased in Squarespace.

Any ideas on a fix for this? 

In zapier I am seeing the customer's id, address, name, email, etc, but not the product they subscribed to, which I need in order to trigger specific emails.

Try as Step 2 in the Zap to add a Find Charge action.

Thank you @Troy Tessalone , unfortunately this still doesn’t pull in the product name, which is listed under the field “Lineitem name” when you do a Squarespace orders export. 

@laura7774 did you happen to find a solution? We have the same problem!
