Hi. I have successfully created Zaps (1) from google calendar to Outlook and (2) form Outlook Calendar to Google Calendar. 

All was fine. 

However, I would like it so that if either is later “edited” or “deleted”, this is also transferred back to the respected Calendar.

 

So, eg - An entry is “created” on Outlook Event and then, via the zap, created into the Google Calendar.

I would then like it if the event is “Amended” or “deleted” in OUtlook, that this then also happens in the corresponding event in Google Calendar (and vice versa).

 

Do i need to create a whole load of new Zaps??

Good question.

NOTE: Zaps are not meant for 2-ways data syncs: https://help.zapier.com/hc/en-us/articles/8495908569613

 

You’ll have to create Zaps for each of the different workflows.

For example...

  1. New Event
  2. Updated Event
  3. Canceled Event
  4. Deleted Event

 

NOTE: Depending on the trigger app, some of these trigger events may not be available/supported.
