Hello,
I’m sorry if this has been asked already, but I would like zapier to trigger an action if I set a category/tag/flag to an email I’ve recieved. Or if there is some kind of work around?

FYI: Most Zap app integrations are maintained by the app developer, rather than Zapier.
You can submit this feature request to Zapier Support here: https://zapier.com/app/get-help
Alternative is to use Gmail which has more triggers available: https://zapier.com/apps/gmail/integrations#triggers-and-actions
