Hello, this trigger doesn’t appear to be working… anyone else having this issue?

Hi @angelina Just to confirm, you are using a Marketing Hub Starter plan or higher in Hubspot, correct?
Per what @GetUWired said, you’ll need a Marketing Hub Starter plan and above.
The Add Contact to List action only works with Static Lists in Hubspot. Smart Lists will not show up here. You'll need to change your list in Hubspot to be a static list, or else use the Create/Update Contact action to update the property that would make a contact automatically qualify for a Smart List.

It appears to be working now, the “instant trigger” is actually taking closer to 30 min.
The delay may be on the HubSpot side with how frequently lists are updated with new contacts, which is something you might want to test.
Hi @angelina, just checking in to see if you still need help with this? Was the suggestion of Troy to check how frequently the lists are updated useful in getting the Zap to trigger in a timely manner? Please let us know!
Just wanted to follow up here as noticed @angelina reached out to our Support Team who were able to shed some light on the delay in the Zap being triggered:
“I did check our logs to make sure that Zapier isn't causing any delays on our end and it doesn't look like we held the task in any way. One thing to note here, apps can sometimes queue up records when there is a high volume of API calls which is responsible for transporting these records. In that case, there may be a slight delay in getting processed. Thankfully these are typically automatically resolved and you should expect triggers to be much faster in low-volume instances. ”
