New airtable records not updated on mailchimp subscriber list

I have new records onto my airtable view, but the only way I can get that change to reflect on my Mailchimp subscriber list is through manually testing and going through the records. Why is not working?

Troubleshooting Tips


  1. Is the Zap ON? (NOTE: Zaps only work when turned ON and for new data going forward)
  2. Is the Zap triggering but resulting in an error on a step? Checker in Zapier here:
  3. Check your Airtable app authentication in Zapier here:
  4. Check your Zap trigger step configuration to make sure it’s the correct Airtable Base, Table, View.



Believe a record can only be triggered once from a View in Airtable

So if the record is added, then removed, then added back to a view, it will only trigger the Zap once.
