We’re looking to use Microsoft Teams for webinars and want to send registration information to Salesforce. I don’t see this type of recipe for the Teams integration. Has anyone else done this or can anyone offer some advise if this is possible?
Hey mate - hopefully this will help you (if you haven’t already figured it out)
MS Teams webinar registration to add subscriber in Campaign Monitor | Zapier Community
Would be keen to see this happen too. I am in the process of doing the same - creating a webinar in Teams. Steps seem to be:
- Create webinar in Teams.
- Create ‘custom’ registration form in Teams Webinar
- Distribute link to prospective registrants via socials/email/etc
- Registrants fill in form which gets provided to the Webinar event
- Teams sends registrants confirmation details and access link.
Currently seems like I need to manually add the registrants details into Campaign Monitor every time someone registers. Would be great to be able to add a Zap between steps 4 and 5 which adds registrant details to a Campaign Monitor contact list (or in the OP case, Salesforce)
Currently looking at whether this rather convoluted process will work:

Hi
Hi
The Microsoft Teams Zap app integration doesn’t currently have those triggers available: https://zapier.com/apps/microsoft-teams/integrations
Likely, the Microsoft Teams API would have to be used: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/teams-concept-overview
App APIs can be leveraged via a Webhook step in Zaps: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/integrations#triggers-and-actions
