I’m trying to make a process where someone can enter their name and email, search Woocommerce customer list, verify if that person is a customer and return them to a webpage.

  1. Created a Contact Form 7 - Name, email form and set up a webhook. - Working
  1. WooComerce-Zapier plugin installed - hooked up and working
  1. Path A - load this page if verified

Path B - load this page if not verified

I’m just not sure how to load the page in the browser from Zapier.

I’ve tried Code by Zapier with both Javascript and Python. Python test was successful.

Hi @DNRS!

What you’re trying to do is not uncommon, but with the way Zapier works, you’re not going to be able to do something in the browser after someone fills out a form. You can trigger a Zap, then run through some steps there, but we don’t yet have a way to perform actions right there on the website that the visitor is looking at.

I've added your feedback to our internal tracking system/wish list so that our team can consider it when making improvements/changes to Zapier :)
