Is there a full list somewhere of all of the Instant triggers? I haven’t been able to turn one up.

Unfortunately, no there is not a full public list of instant triggers for Zap apps available.

FYI: Each Zap app has a profile page that lists the available triggers/actions.
The triggers indicate “Instant” (Webhooks) or “Scheduled” (API).
Example for Mailchimp: https://zapier.com/apps/mailchimp/integrations#triggers-and-actions
But again, there is no master list of triggers/actions across apps.
