Leads Not Transferring from Facebook to Ometria?

Hi There

New to Zapier so hope you can help.

 

I have a set up a connection between my business facebook and ometria.

 

I have since seen that my FB ads have acquired 3 additional leads since setting up the connection but they do not appear in Ometria.

 

BEFORE CONNECTION IS SET UP

Facebook has 5 leads

Ometria shows 12163 total number of contacts

 

CONNECTION IS THEN SETUP

 

Facebook acquires 4 new leads adding up to a total of 9 leads (IMAGE ONE) but Ometria still only shows 12163 total number of contacts (IMAGE TWO).

 

Also, in the ZAPS History, I'm not seeing any leads. (IMAGE THREE)

 

The Question: What could be the reason for those four new leads not appearing in Ometria?

Best to review the available help articles for FB Lead Ads: https://zapier.com/apps/facebook-lead-ads/help

This app integration can be tricky to get working correctly due to different permissions/settings in FB.

Might be best to open a ticket with Zapier Support: https://zapier.com/app/get-help

Hi @Paulo1988 

Make sure the Zap is turned ON.

Zaps only work when turned ON for new data going forward.
