Are you using Jira Software Cloud or Jira Software Server?

Check the metadata returned from the Jira Updated Issue trigger to see if the field updated is indicated.

Then you could add a Filter step to the Zap: https://zapier.com/apps/filter/help

I might didn’t understand what you propose :/ 
I allready use “Updated issue” for “Trigger event”

You propose then to use a Filter ? Okay but i don’t see any filter setup that matches what i want
