Is it possible to update Method CRM when update trigger from Fulcrum?

Greetings.  

Is there anyway to update a data in Method CRM when a update record from Fulcrum?   Currently when I update a record in Fulcrum it moves that data to Method CRM.  

Does Zapier have the ability to get the fulcrum ID from MethodCRM then zapier does the update then puts that updated data to MethodoCRM?   Or does Method have to do the update itself?   

I have other apps that I would like to update as well but it seems Zapier works well when a trigger happens just moving that data to the other app is its thing.   

I did a excel sheet and it had a update feature and that is working great.

It would be help for us to have more context if you outline a specific example so we can follow the desired data flow between apps.
