I am trying to integrate Bright HR and Xero to synchronise Leave Requests. Good question.

If a Zap app trigger/action aren’t available, then it’s likely the app API would have to be used: https://developer.xero.com/documentation/api/accounting/overview

App APIs can be used in Zaps with the Webhooks app as an action step: https://zapier.com/apps/webhook/help
