Input Fields response parse failed. Zoho Crm to Woocommerce

We keep getting the response when trying to zap from Zoho Crm - into Woocommerce to update product data, not to create a product, but just to update in woocommerce.

 

We get this error first

 

 

Then we get this upon running the test

 



Then when we hit troubleshoot when can’t locate any help topics or associated documentation to figure this out.

Please help!
